Are you looking for a weight loss solution that is fitness-based?  Is your goal to tone your body, increase your muscle mass and lose body fat? At Toronto Weight Loss and Wellness Clinic, you can skip the high costs of private personal training sessions and receive a uniquely designed, personalized training plan, created by Dr. Shelly Reitkop, Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Personal Trainer. After completing an initial Physical Fitness Assessment, Dr. Shelly will design a 6-week personalized training program specific for you. Each program is based on your goals, number of days you can commit to exercising each week and available equipment.  Functional imbalances are also taken into consideration.

Dr. Shelly also offers one-on-one and group personal training sessions for those who need extra motivation, encouragement and accountability.  Sessions can be booked for 30 or 60 minutes and may be held at home, in-office or at Toronto Weight Loss and Wellness Clinic.

While it is highly recommended that personalized training plans and personal training sessions get combined with an initial Naturopathic Weight Wellness Assessment, it is not required.  Those who do receive naturopathic care combined with personal training may be partially or fully reimbursed by their extended health insurance.
