Personal training sessions can be as short as 30 minutes or as long as 90 minutes. Most personal training sessions are 60 minutes.
Are Personal Training Sessions Indoors or Outdoors?
Personal training sessions may be indoors or outdoors. In-home, in-condo or in-office sessions are available throughout the GTA and outdoor sessions are offered for anyone who doesn’t have access to a private gym. Personal Training sessions are also available within Toronto Weight Loss and Wellness Clinic.
What is the sign up age for Personal Training?
Personal training sessions are available for anyone between 12-59 years old.
Are Personal Training Sessions Co-ed?
Personal training sessions can be one-on-one or in a small group. Small group personal training sessions may or may not be co-ed, depending on the preference of the participants.
Can I receive a Personalized Training Plan without receiving Personal Training Sessions?
Personalized training plans without personal training are available. Plans are created in 6-week blocks and are uniquely designed for each client. A physical fitness assessment is required in order to receive a personalized training plan.
